Basic Text Mining Using the JSTOR Text Analyzer Online

Have you ever struggled to find articles on a research topic? If so, the JSTOR Text Analyzer might be the perfect tool for you. This text-mining application allows researchers to analyze any text-based document to locate related resources.  Library Director, Dr. Shaundra Walker, will give a brief overview of texting mining as a digital humanities process, describe the features of JSTOR’s text analyzer tool and demonstrate how it can be used to support research. Participants are encouraged to have a sample text-based document available during the workshop to gain hands-on experience.
