Video Streaming Options at the Library Online
Several platforms are expanding the ways that libraries can offer their own streaming video services. This workshop will provide you with an overview of what the library has to offer and options you have available, if the library does not have what you need.
Learning Objectives include:
- Learners will identify the various streaming options available through the library.
- Learners will understand why the library utilizes mediated access with Kanopy.
- Learners will summarize the use of streaming media as it relates to copyright.

Hi, I'm Jenny Townes, the Scholarly Communication librarian. I serve as the liaison to the Biological and Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, and the Chemistry, Physics, and Astronomy Departments. I am available to students to help find and evaluate sources for research papers, answer questions, or help with citations.
